Strange Inning
I am sorry I did not get to see the ball game tonight between the Houston Astros and the San Francisco Giants. There was apparently a very strange inning that gave the Astros their third victory over the Giants in this four game series that will end tomorrow afternoon.
The 'Stros got only two hits in the inning in which they scored six times. They had three walks, one intentional, two errors and THREE hit batsmen! It must have been like a kick in the gut for the struggling Giants and pitcher Barry Zito!
